American Business Planning, LLC, is a Houston-based firm that assists businesses and business owners in retirement plans, risk management, employee benefits, real estate, and other essential business components. These include business succession, business valuation, estate planning, employer representation for 401(k) plans, group medical, group and individual disability insurance, workplace-sponsored and individual long term care insurance,key employee retention, key person life and disability insurance.

Our primary focus is in insurance, real estate, and employee benefits. Having run multiple businesses over the years, we feel we can be a resource in assessing the client's situation and making appropriate recommendations or referrals to other professionals that will do the job right.

Our services may be either fee-based or commission-based product sales.  We do not offer securities products.
