Anne Bell grew up in the small town of Wellington, Kansas. She attended Kansas State University before obtaining her nursing degree and becoming licensed as a registered nurse in 1983. Anne was employed during her nursing career primarily in geriatrics as a visiting home health care nurse, and as owner/operator of an assisted living home in the Austin area.

Anne has lived in Texas for over 20 years. Also an insurance professional, Anne now manages American Business Planning, LLC. She has a special interest in long term care insurance since she is knowledgeable with many aspects of long term care needs. Anne has worked with individuals, families, and employers to customize their needs for long term care insurance.
