Lawrence R. Bell
Lawrence R. Bell (Larry Bell) wears three hats: employee benefits consultant, insurance broker, and real estate broker. A native Texan. Larry graduated from Rice University in Houston. His insurance experience dates back to 1964, and he has achieved national recognition as a Life Member of The Million Dollar Round Table, General Agent of his own agency, once recognized as National Agency of the Year for a large mutual company. He has obtained the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation. Larry now chooses to be independent and has access to nearly all insurance carriers.
Larry also has been a successful commercial real estate broker dating back to 1983. He has worked as a part of one of the world's largest real estate organizations, and Larry has also owned his own real estate brokerage firm. As a tenant representation specialist in office lease transactions, he has completed over 1.5 million square feet of office leases. Clients have included many Fortune 500 companies and involved world headquarter leases for some.
A lifelong investor, Larry is also securities licensed. He refers clients to third parties for investment advice and asset management.
In forming American Business Planning, LLC, Larry Bell offers his unusual combination of skills to business owners. Beyond that of keeping them out of trouble, he seeks to help them prosper. |
